Leadership Development - You need to provide your leader/manager with a transformational growth and development opportunity: Your strong and valued leader may be very effective overall; yet, you have identified 1 or 2 areas that would benefit or require development. For example, they may do a great job achieving goals but need to soften their edges with people; or they may be great people leaders but lack the influence, confidence, or presence to drive stronger results. There are many capabilities and competencies that we develop with leaders to grow their effectiveness overall.

This service is for an individual contributor wanting to take control of their own professional development or Manager/HR leader who needs their employee to demonstrate immediate performance improvement. The coaching sessions can be in person or remote IE: Zoom/Microsoft Teams etc. Coaching sessions are conducted with the intention of crafting an individual development plan. We work with the employee to ensure accountability by focusing on the key goals that will have the most impact on an employee’s growth.

This service is intended to address the competencies required to successfully transition into their new role. We coach on identifying strengths, gaps, and critical competencies that ensure the 30/60/90 days create a solid foundation of leading others.
Leadership Coaching
Championing Change for Long -term Impact
This service is for the mid/senior manager/executive to step more fully into their capabilities. In these sessions, the client is required to reflect on the current reality of their unnoticed strengths and also be open to their blind spots. We discuss what worked for them in the past that is no longer working for them now. The sessions operate on taking the leader through newly gained insights to the benefit of their own leadership wellbeing, the wellbeing of their team and the organization as a whole. We focus on going from transactional to transformational.

The Coach
Christine Johnston is an ICF Professional Certified Coach in Saint John, New Brunswick. She received her Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching in 2010 from Royal Roads University. Energized by the coaching process, Christine applies her unique approach into simple and practical frameworks, models, and tools that can support leaders in all walks of life. She has developed leadership competency frameworks and facilitated/developed courses and programs for multi-level leaders in government, private and public post-secondary education, not-for-profit, sales and marketing, start-ups, healthcare and oil and gas industries. With over 20 years experience in business development, human resources consulting and coaching, her focus is primarily in the areas of enhancing emotional intelligence for sustainable individual and leadership growth. Her desire to learn about human behavior and development led to her attaining a Certificate in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Studies, majoring in Adult Education, and a Certificate in Leadership Studies. Her career has been devoted to providing employees and leaders with practical tools and resources to optimize their performance. Being a Lean Six Sigma Champion, Christine advocates for leaders to stop overusing costly energy sources that deplete and prevent them from reaching optimal results.

You need results fast. Real change means modifying behavior and thought patterns, as well as establishing goals and an action plan. On average, this takes anywhere from 6 to 12 months depending on your situation. The Silver Program consists of 6 one-hour sessions with email contact as needed in between. The cost of the program is $2000.00 with flexible payment options and includes the following benefits:
